I wouldn’t be where I am without Strength Militia.

I came to Strength Militia in late 2016 after getting hit with sciatica due to poor form when training in the gym at the tail end of 2015. Coach Crowe recommended seeing another physio/sport masseuse as the NHS appointed one never helped much. Through consistent massages, self-maintaining mobility drills and unbelievably well assigned programming I’ve been able to transform myself from someone who struggled to put my clothes on in the morning without being in agony to someone who can deadlift almost 3 times their bodyweight.
